Factory Tour

PT Ajinomoto Indonesia currently has 2 (two) factories located in Mojokerto, East Java and Karawang, West Java. At each factory, we have a Visitor Center that allows consumers to get to know Ajinomoto as the world's leading producer of umami seasoning. Consumers can see the process of making Ajinomoto products that adopt Japanese technology such as AJI-NO-MOTO®, MASAKO®, SAORI® and SAJIKU®.

With a capacity of 50 people/visit for the Karawang factory (Ajinomoto Visitor Center) and 50-75 people/visit for the Mojokerto factory, it can accommodate the high enthusiasm of Ajinomoto consumers.
