Associate Manager Sales Strategy - Modern Trade

Responsibilities

  1. Formulate and implement Modern Trade strategies for sales promotions and activities.
  2. Identify efficiency improvements within sales and operational processes.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and evaluate programs supporting sales.
  4. Making guideline that will be used for MT Sales Team to implement each sales strategy.
  5. Analyze raw sales data or any fact to support developing sales activity / KPI.
  6. Prepare and deliver periodic reports to support work processes and decision-making.

Requirement

  • Minimum possess Bachelor Degree(S1), in any major
  • Must having experience  minimum 5 years as Trade Marketing Modern Trade in FMCG Company /Key Account Executive, Key Account Manager.

Personal Skill

  • Strong logical thinking/problem solving, initiative and priority setting, business and strategy planning
  • Proficiency communicate & written actively in English (business English level)
  • Good communication skill & expert to operating of Microsoft excel (Pivotable) & Power Point
