Co Product Business Development Staff

Responsibilities

• Co-product business development (agricultural fertiliser and animal nutrition)

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Able to create a marketing plan;
• Understand the concept of marketing strategy (4P); 
• Understand the basic science of agriculture and the agricultural industry, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities;
• Preferably mastering creative design programs (Corel Draw, Photoshop);
• Preferably able to run statistical programs (such as Python) and data visualization programs (such as Power BI and Power Query Excel).

GENERAL SKILLS  

• Good problem solving & interpersonal skills;
• Able to work as a team and lead a team;
• Have good presentation, negotiation & public speaking skills;
• Able to speak English actively;
• Have the ability to analyse data;
• Can think creatively and strategically.

Requirement

• Educational Background: Bachelor (S1) degree in Agriculture
• Maximum Age 28 years old
• Preferably at least 1 (one) year; a fresh graduate is also allowed.
• Willing to live in Mojokerto and travel outside the city
