Food Production Staff

Location  : Karawang Factory

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and targets.
  • Monitor production lines for efficiency, safety and quality standards (ISO/FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14000, SJH, etc).
  • Prepare daily production reports and present findings to management.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance

GENERAL SKILLS

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient English speaker with a minimum intermediate level of proficiency.
  • Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office.

TECHNICAL SKILLS  

  • Have experiences related to ISO/FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14000 & SJH
  • Familiarity with inventory management and production planning systems
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Fish bone, why – why analysis, etc)

Requirement

  • Educational Background: Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Food Technology/Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
  • Preferably having experiences as production staff or related field (Fresh graduate is welcome to apply)
