Food Production Staff
Location : Karawang Factory

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and targets.
- Monitor production lines for efficiency, safety and quality standards (ISO/FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14000, SJH, etc).
- Prepare daily production reports and present findings to management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance
GENERAL SKILLS
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient English speaker with a minimum intermediate level of proficiency.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Have experiences related to ISO/FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14000 & SJH
- Familiarity with inventory management and production planning systems
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Fish bone, why – why analysis, etc)
Requirement
- Educational Background: Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Food Technology/Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
- Preferably having experiences as production staff or related field (Fresh graduate is welcome to apply)
