Innovation Creation Staff

Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and developing long-term strategic plans for R&D activities.
- Assist in building partnerships with internal (global affiliates) and external (research institutions, universities) parties for research and development of new innovations.
- Assisting in supporting ‘Know How’ transfer activities and database management to enhance R&D capabilities.
- Assisting in consumer insight research and its application in product development.
Requirement
- Educational Background: minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology and related area.
- Have around 2 years experience working in Food-related research science/Food microbiology/Product research and development (R&D) in FMCG / consumer insight
Competency Needed
- Has strong analytical & logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative & follow-through, and priority setting.
- Able to communicate actively in English (business English level)
