Key Account Modern Trade (Associate Manager)

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target and KPI nationally (volume & rupiah).
- Plan monthly/yearly promotional activity per national account in accordance with the action plan.
- Controlling and analyzing total promotion realization, stock condition, display in outlets, and promotion budget on a monthly basis
- Ensure the negotiation process with the account related to trading terms, realization of promotion, and product listing.
- Ensure the suitable stock condition in DC, the outlet of Modern Trade accounts.
- Monitor and improve the daily sales activities of key accounts.
Requirement
- Educational Background : Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), with any major
- At least 5 years of experience in the field asKey Account Manager/Group KAM for managing Minimarket / Supermarket
- Able to communicate actively in English (business English level)
- Has strong analytical & logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative & follow-through, and priority setting
- Individual with a strong understanding of modern trade and marketing (4P/3C), exceptional negotiation skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of planograms and merchandising.
