Maintenance Staff - Karawang

Location : Karawang Factory

Responsibilities

Understand the concept and implementation of TPM management
Have a solid understanding of programming/PLC and automation
Understand the concept of IoT implementation and data digitisation
Able to control the company's KPIs and KAIs in machine maintenance
Implementation of DMS and OEE to support TPM
Periodic activities based on Basic Maintenance Activities (BMA)

Requirement

Education: Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics Engineering

Understand the basics of mechatronics and have maintenance skills, especially on production packer machines.
Have knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
Understand the concepts and implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and improvement.
Able to operate AutoCAD and SketchUp programmes.
