Product Development Marketing Staff (Retail / Industry / New Business)

Responsibilities
- Carry out the product development process in accordance with Ajinomoto's internal procedures.
- Assist the product development process in accordance with Ajinomoto's business flow and regulations, with challenges to accelerate the development process.
- Assist in creating an annual marketing plan (P/L target, 4P strategy) for products developed in his/her department and implement it.
- Support the creation of new businesses or new products based on set targets and manage the development cost budget.
- Assist in business strategy planning, from analyzing business opportunities, profit and loss, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct research to identify and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competition in the field of sauces and seasonings.
- Implement promotional and advertising strategies according to the schedule determined in the marketing plan to support the achievement of sales results.
PERSONAL ABILITY
- Able to communicate actively in English (business English level)
- Has strong analytical and logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative and follow-through, and priority setting
- Has good communication and can work both individually and as a team.
- Fast learner person, has high accuracy, and is initiative
- Preferred if could operate Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
TECHNICAL SKILL
- Understand product development frameworks; has experience handling product development, including market/consumer research
- Has experience coordination with R&D and factory teams to realize product development
- Has experience to support marketing initiatives for the launch of a new product and coordinate for marketing campaign implementation.
- Have knowledge of brand and product management with understanding the concept of marketing strategy (4P, ATL, BTL)
Requirement
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Science major
- Have at least 1 (one) year of working experience in the field of product development and marketing development.
