Production & HSE Administration Staff

Location  : Head Office, Sunter

Responsibilities

  1. Develop integrated procedures for all sites related to OHSE activities.
  2. Lead and coordinate the OHSE activity reports from all sites to management.
  3. Lead the optimization of the HSE campaign to prevent the accident.
  4. Coordinate to improve HSE training and socialization activities.

Requirement

  • Educational Background : Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), with major in Industrial engineering , OHS (K3) , Environmental Engineering
  • Should have a minimum of two to three years' experience in the field, as outlined below:
    • Health Safety Environment (HSE) Involve in creating and implementation Safety & Environment Management Program.
    • Sustainability activity involve in strategic of sustainability development activity
    • People Development Involve in strategic of people development
  • Able to communicate actively in English (business English level)
  • Has strong analytical & logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative & follow-through, and priority setting
  • It is preferable for candidates to demonstrate creativity in the presentation of reports, publications and OHS campaigns.
    • Candidates should also be in possession of a Certificate AK3 umum (Safety Expert).
    • Candidates should also have undergone training in people development.
  • The following criteria are mandatory:
    • The subject must not suffer from any phobias (e.g. heights, darkness).
    • The subject must not be colour-blind.
  • Certification or special abilities is an essential prerequisite for this position
    • ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Awareness Training 
    • Sistem Management K3 PP50/2012 Awareness Training 
    • Sustainability
