Jakarta, June 2025 – In the spirit of sharing and social care during Eid al-Adha 1446H, Ajinomoto Group Indonesia once again carried out its annual donation of sacrificial animals to communities surrounding its operational areas. This year, Ajinomoto distributed sacrificial animals to over 20 locations, including mosques, prayer rooms, and local communities near its Head Office in Jakarta, Mojokerto Factory, Karawang Factory, Jakarta Branch, and various depots and branches in Bandung, Cirebon, Bogor, Banten, Lampung, Palembang, Surabaya, Probolinggo, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Purwokerto, Kediri, Bojonegoro, Makassar, Pare-pare, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Medan, Pekanbaru, Aceh, Tebing Tinggi, Padang, and Riau.

 Through collaboration with local mosque and prayer room committees, the meat from the sacrificial animals was distributed to those in need. This initiative reflects Ajinomoto’s ongoing commitment to making a positive contribution to society, especially during meaningful moments like Eid al-Adha. “This donation activity has become our annual tradition as a form of gratitude and care. In addition to the sacrificial animals, we also distributed Ajinomoto product packages containing practical seasonings such as Masako®, SAORI®, and Ajinomoto Shrimp Powder. We hope these donations will help communities enjoy delicious and nutritious meals,” said Grant Senjaya, Head of Corporate Communications, PT AJINOMOTO INDONESIA.

The initiative was warmly welcomed by local communities and representatives of the sacrificial committees. A representative from Jami At-Taqwa Mosque in Sunter, Jakarta, expressed, “We are very grateful for Ajinomoto’s support. May this activity bring blessings to the company and all its employees,” With a spirit of sharing and strengthening community ties, Ajinomoto hopes this program will continue and inspire other companies to engage in meaningful social actions that benefit the wider community.
