Food Development Staff

Responsibilities
- Completing new product development or product quality improvement activities in accordance with procedures (material evaluation, formulation, commercialisation/production scale testing, shelf life testing, and compiling Technical Standard documents).
- Completing activities related to risk hedge materials (alternatives, quality and specification compliance, material evaluation standards, system monitoring).
- Complete commercialisation testing (BP/CP Test) and research activities to support product development and production process stability.
- Implement, review, and propose system improvements in accordance with responsibilities for laboratory/BP operations and management systems in R&D (Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environment Management System (ISO 14000), and Halal Assurance System)"
Requirement
- Educational Background: minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Pharmacyst (Apotechary certified is preferable) / Food Technology
- Have around 1 years experience working in Food-related research science/Food microbiology/Product research and development (R&D) in FMCG
Competency Needed
- Has strong analytical & logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative & follow-through, and priority setting.
- Able to communicate actively in English (business English level)
