Campurkan tepung protein rendah, tepung protein sedang dan base bumbu. Aduk rata
Kulit krispy
- Panaskan Deep Frying hingga suhu mencapai 170⁰C
- Coating Kulit Ayam kedalam tepung basah lalu balurkan kedalam tepung kering.
- Goreng selama 4 menit hingga coklat keemasan. Tiriskan dan Sajikan.
