Cooking Method

Rice Paper Taco

  • Prepare rice paper sheet and nori sheet
  • add a little bit of cold water to the other sheet and stick it
  • Cut cube, prepare pan and add cooking oil, heat over low heat and
  • fry the sheet until fluffy and crispy. 


Finishing

  • Boil boneless chicken breas with 500ml of water, add a little bit of salt and boil until cooked and shredded until smooth
  • Prepare the ingredients of lime wasabi mayo: Mayumi® Mayonnaise, wasabi paste, water,
  • lime and mix on one bowl
  • Add Shredded chicken to the lime wasabi mayo, and add garlic, shallot and chopped coriander leaf
  • Add White pepper powder, and mix well
  • For presentation : Fill rice paper taco with chicken that's mixed with 1 tea spoon of lime wasabi mayo 
  • Serve Chicken Taco with Lime Wasabi Mayo with tobiko and dill leaf
