Cooking Method:

  1. Mix ingredients of premix flour, stir well
  2. Add leek, shrimp & premix flour into the bowl and add water. Stir until the batter mixed well
  3. Heat the pan and add cooking oil
  4. Add the batter and spread evenly on the pan
  5. add egg after the batter browning dan spread
  6. Flip the omelette and cook until the eggs are cooked
