1. Cut the water spinach and take the leaves and young stems.

2. Heat the oil, add the beef that has been cut into 2 x 1 cm cubes, stir fry until it changes color.

3. Add sliced ​​onions, saute until softened, add sliced ​​garlic, sliced ​​curly red chilies, sliced ​​tomatoes, bruised galangal, and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
