Cara Memasak
1. Cut the water spinach and take the leaves and young stems.
2. Heat the oil, add the beef that has been cut into 2 x 1 cm cubes, stir fry until it changes color.
3. Add sliced onions, saute until softened, add sliced garlic, sliced curly red chilies, sliced tomatoes, bruised galangal, and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
4. Add water and SAORI® OYSTER SAUCE. Season with salt, sugar and AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS®, bring to a boil.
5. Add the water spinach, stir well, and add the bean sprouts. Cook until done.
6. Sauteed water spinach is ready to be served.
