Cooking Method :
Garlic Truffle Mayo
Mix mayumi, truffle oil, garlic, lemon water dan full cream mil and mix well
Garlic Truffle Mayo Sushi
- Cook rice until cooked
 - Blanch carrot until cooked ±3 minutes
 - add rice on the nori dan spread. Flip nori
 - add garlic truffle mayo 5gr, kyuri, Carrot and crabstick on the top
 - Roll with makisu (sushi roll)
 - Cut 8 pcs, drizzled with garlic truffle mayo. Serve.
