Sweet and sour sauce

  1. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Then add tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce and half of the water. Stir well, add pineapple, and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS®, sugar, and pepper. Add cornstarch that has been dissolved in water. Stir well
  2. Mix Sajiku® Multipurpose Flour Seasoning, Medium protein wheat flour and baking powder. Stir well

Sweet and Sour Flour Fried Fish

  1. Cut the dori fish fillet into 3 x 3 cm pieces. Add lime juice. Then coat the fish in crispy flour - ice water - crispy flour and fry at 170⁰C for 4 minutes. Set aside
  2. Saute onion, carrot and spring onion until fragrant. Add sweet and sour sauce to the pan. Turn off the heat and add the flour-coated fried fish. Stir until perfectly coated
