Cooking Method

Ground spices

  1. Prepare a food processor, then add the ingredients: shallots, garlic, white pepper, candlenuts, coriander, curly red chilies, fresh red tomatoes and cloves, add a little water and puree.
  2. Prepare a frying pan and pour in vegetable oil, then saute the ground spices until fragrant.
  3. Add salt, granulated sugar and AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS®. Stir until evenly mixed, Cook until the final weight is 90gr
  4. The seasoning is ready to use.

Finishing

  1. Heat the pan/wok, add vegetable oil and saute the chicken until cooked, then add garlic, shallots, lime leaves and lemongrass. Saute until fragrant
  2. Add the rice to the pan, then stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Add the ground spices, sweet soy sauce and leek, stir until evenly mixed.


Fragrant spiced fried rice is ready to be served.
