Cara Memasak

  1. Slice beef using slicer ± 40gr. Marinate beef with NIKUPLUS
  2. Blanch Baby bean within 4 minutes and corn within 2 minutes
  3. Mix marination sauce and mix well
  4. Marinate beef with marination sauce within 2 hours
  5. After marination process, roll beef with baby bean, carrot, onion and corn. Skewer the beef with the toothpick, so the meat doesn't change shape
  6. Grill the beef with griller until cooked. Basting with marination sauce
  7. Once the beef is cooked, baste it once more with marination sauce to make the beef not dry
  8. Take out the tooth pick and serve
