Marinade

Mix all the ingredients and stir well


Fried Chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes with the spices (leave in the chiller) 
  2. Coat the chicken with crispy flour until evenly coated
  3. Put it in ice water
  4. Coat again with crispy flour and stir for 3 minutes (do not press) 
  5. Prepare deep fryer and fry the chicken at 140⁰ - 150⁰C for 12 - 15 minutes
  6. Once it's golden brown, remove and drain
