Mix all the ingredients and stir well
Fried Chicken
- Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes with the spices (leave in the chiller)
- Coat the chicken with crispy flour until evenly coated
- Put it in ice water
- Coat again with crispy flour and stir for 3 minutes (do not press)
- Prepare deep fryer and fry the chicken at 140⁰ - 150⁰C for 12 - 15 minutes
- Once it's golden brown, remove and drain
