Betutu Seasoning

  1. Mix shallot, garlic, candlenut, aromatic ginger and ginger until smooth. Set it aside
  2. Chop red chili pepper, curly red chili, galangan dan turmeric
  3. Saute white seasoning with oil until fragrant and add lime leaf and lemongrass
  4. Add red seasoning and cook until fragrant
  5. Add wangean seasoning and add shrimp paste, brown sugar and white pepper powder
  6. Add water and cook until reduced


Wangean Seasoning

Mix all ingredients and roast until fragrant


Betutu Chicken

  1. Dice the chicken and clean it. 
  2. Heat a pan and sauté the chicken until it changes color. Add the betutu spices. 
  3. Add water and season with salt, sugar, AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS® and KALDOPLUS®. Cook until the chicken shrinks.


Garlic Oil

  1. Sauté the chicken skin until it releases oil and add the cooking oil.
  2. Add the garlic and spring onions and cook until fragrant.


Base Noodle Seasoning

Mix base betutu seasoning, water, sugar, salt, KALDOPLUS®, AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS®, Cook until reduced


Betutu Chicken Noodle

  1. Mix Noodle with Base Noodle Seasoning
  2. Add Chicken betutu as a topping and green mustard on the top
