Gyukushi Tare:
- Mix SAORI® Saus Teriyaki, honey, japanese soy sauce and water in the sauce pan
- Heat over low heat and stir until evenly mixed
- Add fried garlic into the sauce
- reduce the sauce until you get the right taste (or according to yield)
- Cool the sauce to use as a marinade
Gyukushi:
- cut the sirloin beef 12gr per pcs
- Cut the leek (white part) 2x1cm
- Coat the sirloin beef with NIKUPLUS® in a bowl.
- add gyukushi tare into the bowl with beef, marinated within 30 minutes
- Skewer the meat in the order: meat -> leek -> meat -> leek.
- Seasoning with salt and blackpepper.
- Heat the grill pan and grease with a little bit of oil.
- Grill over medium heat on all sides of the meat.
- Brush the surface of the meat being grilled with oil. Cook until done.
- Serve while warm.
